Can I get a refund?
All tickets are nonrefundable. Please see below information about transferring tickets to another event or person.
Can I transfer my tickets to a different date?
Yes. If the concert that you wish to transfer your tickets to is not sold out and is within the same season, we would be happy to accommodate.
I can no longer attend. Can I give my tickets to a friend?
Yes. While we will miss welcoming you, we are happy to accommodate transferring tickets between guests. Please reach out to info@sandr.org and let us know who to expect!
If you are a sponsor and are transferring your tickets to a different guest besides yourself, please note that this is still considered usage of a Sponsor Ticket and will retain Sponsor benefits.
Can I buy my tickets at the door?
We kindly ask that all guests planning to attend the event have a ticket prior to arrival. Space is very limited and we may not be able to accommodate you without advance purchase.
What is included in my ticket?
Ticket price includes access to the evening’s performance as well as light bites and beverages (selection of beer, wine, soft drinks). Must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.
How does seating work?
Tickets provide open, first-come-first-serve seating so you will be able to choose your own seats! But no need to rush; doors to the performance space will not open until the end of the cocktail hour.
Only tickets included in a Sponsorship Package will have reserved seating. Please note that reserved seating is not included for additional tickets purchased by a sponsor.

How do I get to Evermay?
Evermay is located at 1623 28th St NW, Washington, DC. Upon entering the gate, bear right toward the main house. Signage for complimentary valet will also guide you. For directions, click here. Evermay is not accessible by Metro.
Where do I park?
Complimentary valet parking will be available for those opting to drive. We also encourage ridesharing and carpooling. We ask that you refrain from parking on the neighborhood streets.
Is Evermay wheelchair accessible?
We strive to accommodate everyone at Evermay. However, due to the historic nature and preservation efforts of the house, Evermay may have limited accessibility for those with mobility restrictions, including steps at the entrances, and narrow doorways, hallways, and restrooms. Please email us at info@sandr.org in advance with any questions or to arrange for accommodations (i.e., wheelchair ramp for entry, assigned seating during the performance, etc.).
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted on Evermay grounds. If you wish to smoke, we ask that you exit the gates.
Can I bring outside food/beverage?
Outside food/beverages are not permitted.
Do you have a coat check?
Complimentary coat check is available upon entry.
Is there a Lost & Found?
If you believe you left something at the venue, please contact info@sandr.org. Please note that this email is not monitored on weekends.
How early can I arrive?
Doors open at 6:00 PM.
How old do you have to be to attend a concert?
While we welcome all ages, we ask that children be able to sit quietly during the performance and be accompanied at all times by an adult. Please note that alcohol will be available onsite to those who are 21+.
What time does the concert start?
The concert will begin at 7:00 PM.
Will I be permitted entry if I arrive late?
Please plan to arrive prior to the 7:00 PM performance time. Late entry to the performance will not be permitted.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual.
